With nearly a decade of experience in curating exceptional events—ranging from international getaways to private dinners, nonprofit galas, and bespoke celebrations—Taylor brings a refined, full-service approach to wedding planning. After orchestrating her first wedding season in 2024, her passion for intentional design and elevated guest experiences quickly evolved into a full-time endeavor and the heart behind VIVA.
Taylor is known for crafting weddings that feel elegant, fashion-forward, and deeply personal. Her signature style blends romance with sophistication, always with a focus on creating an atmosphere that’s both intimate and unforgettable. While proudly based in Colorado, Taylor also plans weddings in Maryland, New York, and Mexico City, seamlessly bringing her clients’ visions to life in destinations near and far.
Fluent in Spanish since 2019, Taylor is honored to connect with couples and their guests in both English and Spanish. Inspired by her husband’s roots in Mexico City and her own bilingual upbringing, she believes that meaningful connections—and truly luxurious hospitality—begin with cultural fluency and care.
Cait Buckley is our lead designer/assistant planner and handles day-of coordination, rehearsals, and design meetings. She has a vibrant personality, is a natural organizer of people and things, and creates an extremely hospitable environment. Cait is also a wife of 6 years and mother to two kids, Uriah (5) and Mercy (2). Her passions include singing, cooking, and loving on her family. Cait is a mood-lifter, hype woman and constant encourager. To know her and work with her, is to find a great friend. She also is our lead designer, because she is the queen of creating beautiful decor at affordable costs!
